The stay at Volta's suite was exceptional. The host, Georgio, was amazing, welcomed us while explaining the apartment and recommending restaurants. He was smiling and kind, helped us carry our luggage to the suite. The rest of the staff was also always willing to help and advise. The suite itself was fragrant and clean, equipped with everything needed for a stay of several days, towels are changed and rooms are cleaned during the stay. Breakfast is ordered to the room via an app, choosing from a variety of options. We enjoyed the jacuzzi that was part of the room, the wonderful pool, and the fitness corner. Georgio went above and beyond when, before leaving, he came to our room with a very respectable 'farewell gift'. We travel a lot in the world. This is the first time we have encountered such kindness and generosity. A highly recommended place to stay. There is no doubt that if we return to Crete, this will be the place we will stay! Thank you for everything!

The staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Immediately responded to questions when I messaged them. We were lucky enough to arrive on the day that a barbecue was held for all the guests with plenty of good food and drinks. The quality and cleanliness of the villa was great. The kitchen was well equipped. Air conditioning works very well. Good shower. I loved the pool and the gym area. There were multiple times where we were the only one using it. The accommodation is a great place to relax. Because it's not as busy as a large resort, the atmosphere is more laid back. Everything looks new and clean, just like the pictures. The area is close to multiple beaches and restaurants. It's also a short drive to Iraklion if you want to go there.

We made a great choice booking the Volta to be our first hub for exploring the Crete. Near the airport, so not to much traveling after the flight. The pool was amazing, feels like a private pool since only a few people are at the same time at the pool area. Outdoor gym was great, with a lot of equipment. The hosts are welcome and warm, gave us a nice gifts at departure. Great value for money, will come back for sure!

Thanks to Giorgos and Team for their hospitality. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was served every morning which I feel is a unique touch for these types of accommodation. The pool/lounge area was particularly nice and it made our relaxing break away pleasurable. The apartment is less than a 5 minute walk from local shops and a wide variety of restaurants, and an 13 minute ride to the airport. We had a parting gift, which included souvenairs and local produce from Crete. It was a lovely experience overall and I highly recommend.

Amazing place for a family vacation. The apartments are big, well decorated and practical with everything you need in order to spend a good vacation. We arrived in the evening and it was really nice to see that there was water in the fridge, a complimentary bottle of wine ans some local treats waiting for us. The pool is amazing and with a relaxing vibe, perfect for summer days and big enough so that it never feels crowded. We had the possibility to order a great breakfast with a lot of choice which was delivered to our room and we could enjoy it on our terrace, which we really appreciated. Giorgos was really present and helpful during our stay, he organised everything we needed (taxi, car renta ) which helped make our vacation really stress free. Overall it's great place to stay where you can enjoy the commodities of a 4 star hotel in a smaller, family relaxing vibe and we would definitely come back !

Amazing place! Beautiful pool area, the pool itself was big and clean, very well kept garden between the apartments. Our apartment was big and very clean with small surprises from the host. The Jacuzzi was ready for us when we arrived which was very nice. The beds were very comfortable. We came with a car but you can easily walk on foot to nearby supermarkets and the promenade near the beach filled with shops and restaurants.

This place is lovely and perfect for a relaxing and romantic getaway. The Host, Georgis, and his team are so helpful and nice. You can choose if you want your breakfast brought to your room or eat at the poolside. The suites have two balcony so you always have sun. You can cook in the suites - everything you need is there - or you can eat at the great local restaurants nearby. Georgis even managed to organize a car rental for two days, where they bring the car to the hotel and pick it up afterwards - very nice service. I could go on and on but you get the big picture - we loved it here! This place will be especially remembered by us because I proposed to my girlfriend during the stay. Thank you again Georgis for the perfect accommodation! We will come again.!!

We had a perfect stay at Volta Suites. The apartment was very spacious, clean with plenty of storage space and all the amenities you could possibly need. Every room had its AC and in case of our unit its own balcony/terrace. You can,however, also opt out for other units which have private pool/jacuzzi. There is also a pool available for all guests to use and a parking lot. Great wifi coverage in the whole area. Delicious breakfast options. The complex is new and truly beautiful, very quiet and serene, ideal for relaxing. Personally i think that its also the most aesthetically pleasing building in the whole area, its like a little oasis. What however makes the whole experience so unique are the hospitality and friendliness of the owner and the whole stuff. We cannot thank them enough, they are the nicest people always ready to help, they helped to arrange doctors for us as well as taxi to the airport. Beach is 5 min away on foot and there are plenty of restaurants around. We will for sure come back.

We appreciate the outdoor dining space and breakfast provided. It was well structured to order the breakfast online form. Also the manager, George was exceptionally helpful. Communication was very convenient via whatsapp and he managed to help book a great restaurant for birthday dinner, arranged a lovely cake and provided taxi contact.

We stayed at Volta Suites for 2 weeks in June with our 2 year old and were greeted by the hotel owner as soon as we had arrived. As we had a two year old, our room was transferred to one with a garden, which was beautiful. All the facilities were in really good condition as expected of a very new hotel. The pool was always quiet, and we never had an issue getting sun beds. The hotel staff were lovely and very attentive. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone! Don't be put off by the slightly run down area outside of the hotel as it was always quiet and peaceful.
